Then God gifted man a weeks stay in a houseboat at Alleppey. A gift so divine, the lord is truly as generous, as kind!

But one most not forget that the entire experience on a houseboat cannot be encapsulated till you go fishing yourself from the boat and share the spoils of victory with your loved ones over a self cooked dinner! The entire thought process behind a houseboat is to be in the midst of mother nature. The ecstatic feeling that hits you when you wake up, get out of your room and look out the door is indescribable. Being surround in every direction by water, with the palm trees shadowing you and the cool breeze hitting your face take you to paradise. The houseboats were designed keeping self sustainability in mind and hence you will not find the absence of any major necessities. They span over a 100 feet in length and 17 feet in width. 

 

Whether it be re-kindling your love life, or just a simple family vacation, a business meeting with the best or just a trip to discover yourself, a trip to Kerala is incomplete without a cruise on a houseboat. 

 

Since a holiday is about experiencing something new, the houseboat shall not disappoint. With a sundeck on board, guests can enjoy sunbathing as they cruise over the tranquil Kerala backwaters.
